• Session bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment (as stated during booking) is received.

• Deposits are non‑refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

• The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before or on the day of the session.

• Late payments or missed appointments may incur rescheduling or cancellation fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request rescheduling with reasonable notice, depending on availability.

All images captured by Osondu Digital remain the intellectual property of the photographer.
Clients receive usage rights for personal or promotional purposes as defined in their specific session agreement, but may not sell, edit, or alter images without written permission.

While Osondu Digital takes great care in capturing and delivering quality photographs, we are not responsible for:

• Force majeure events (e.g., weather, accidents, equipment failure, unforeseen emergencies).

• Any consequential or incidental damages relating to the delivery, loss, or use of digital files.

Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the session.
